While still in Arizona, we visited Frank & Albert’s at the Arizona Biltmore.

According to its website, the restaurant is inspired by Frank Lloyd Wright and Albert Chase McArthur and “artfully marries local cuisine with legendary architecture. Breakfast, lunch and dinner wait to be savored by those who appreciate a convivial atmosphere and inventive cuisine that demonstrates a fresh approach to traditional American dishes.”

On our visit, we just had time for a drink at the bar, so we ordered up-what else?-a Bloody Mary:

Frank and Albert's Bloody Mary

Mix: House-infused vodka made with Cipollini onions, Jalapeno & Fresno peppers; Demetri’s Bloody Mix

Chaser: None

Fixin’s:  Olive, Pepperoncini, Cheese, Sausage

Price: $10

This Bloody Mary was quite flavorful and very fresh. It reminded us of one of our favorite house-infused vodka places from back home-Red Dot.

The skewer of fixin’s was also a pleasant surprise.
