After a long day of Black Friday shopping, I made my way to Tally’s Tap in Waukesha, and their Bloody Mary was the perfect way to wind down. Served in an adorable mason jar, this $10 cocktail was both charming and delicious—a great reward after braving the holiday crowds.

The drink is made with Zing Zang mix and Absolut Vodka, with the rim dusted in Forest Floor Salt, adding an earthy depth to every sip. The flavor was bold and well-balanced, striking just the right mix of spice and smoothness.

The garnishes were impressive and plentiful: lemon, lime, asparagus, green bean, mushroom, olive, pickle, beef stick, and cheese. It was essentially a full snack tray in a glass! To top it off, you get a chaser of your choice, and I opted for a Spotted Cow, which paired perfectly with the rich, savory flavors of the Bloody.

The presentation in the mason jar added a fun, rustic touch, making the drink as Instagram-worthy as it was delicious. Tally’s Tap’s cozy atmosphere and attention to detail made this a stop I’ll be eager to repeat.

If you’re in the Waukesha area and craving a classic Wisconsin Bloody Mary with a fun twist, Tally’s Tap is a must-visit. It was the perfect end to a busy day of shopping!

We recently visited Taylor’s People’s Park in Waukesha, Wisconsin.

We dined here for lunch and enjoyed–what else?!?– their Bloody Mary.

We really enjoyed the flavor of this bloody mary. Just the right amount of thickness and spice. We enjoyed the fixin’s and of course, the chaser, which we’ve come to appreciate as we travel to more places that don’t offer it.

This is a great restaurant to check out if you’re in the area–even better if you can snag a spot on their rooftop patio!

The day after Thanksgiving, after an overnight shopping spree, we were in need of a Black Friday breakfast to refuel, so we stopped at Fuzzy’s Pub & Grill in Waukesha.

We’re happy to report that Fuzzy’s filled us up with both a delicious omelette and doubly delicious bloody mary!

Mix: Unsure, not too spicy

Chaser: Yes

Fixin’s: Celery, pickle, pepper, mushroom, olive and beef stick

Fuzzys Waukesha Bloody Mary

I had never been to Fuzzy’s before, so I was pleasantly surprised at my overall experience. If I lived closer, I would definitely come here more often! Next time you’re in Waukesha, be sure to check them out!

Last week, I played golf at Morningstar in Waukesha, Wisconsin. While there, I had the chance to sample their Bloody Mary.

Spice: It had a little kick to it.

Mix: Unsure, but they used bacon-infused vodka

Chaser: None offered.

Fixin’s:  Pickle, Two Olives

Price: Unknown

Although the photo does not do it justice because it was made in a to-go cup, this Bloody was pretty decent, but nothing special.
