One of our favorite pizza joints is Grimaldi’s. For years, we have enjoyed Grimaldi’s on visits to Peoria, Arizona and we were ecstatic when we learned a Grimaldi’s was opening up in Brookfield, Wisconsin, which is much closer to home.
Although we have dined at Grimaldi’s often, we have only enjoyed wine as an accompaniment to our favorites (margherita pizza and kale chopped salad FTW!)…until now.
How did we never realize that Grimaldi’s also boasts an amazing Bloody Mary?!

This pizza-themed Bloody Mary is genius. Love, love, loved it. We didn’t need another reason to go to Grimaldi’s but now we have one…and you do, too.
